Once again a visit to friends in Hartlepool provided a brief interlude for ship photography and once again the Tees didn’t disappoint as I managed to get 3 new ships out of a total of only 7. The short visit to the Power Station sands also meant that I was able to avoid having to watch Scotland’s latest rugby disaster as they got annihilated by France. The weather was windy and cold with a largely overcast sky but at least it didn’t rain and the rather diffuse light was actually quite good for photography.
